PRE-APPROVAL – The first step in the home buying process is to get pre-approved with a reputable lender.  The reason for this is two-fold.  First, even though you may have an idea of how much you want to spend, there are an array of loan products available today that may surprise you.  Second, when we find the perfect for home for you, it is possible that someone else loves it too.  The buyer who has already been pre-approved, and has a letter to prove it, will be best positioned to act quickly and have their offer accepted.

THE SEARCH – We will set you up with an automatic link to our MLS so that you are notified the moment a home comes on the market that matches your criteria.  This is much more reliable than third party websites that often have delays in their feed.  As noted above, we are relentless in the pursuit of the home that is perfect for you. 

THE NEGOTIATIONS – We will act your advocate throughout the home buying process, advising on pricing, terms of the contract and working diligently on your behalf from contract to closing on inspections, appraisals, lending and more.
